Our Extended Warranties are sold with confidence by dealers both large and small.

This warranty covers all parts and labor for three (3) years after the manufacturer's warranty expires. The equipment will be guaranteed to operate properly according to manufacturer's specifications and Mack will repair or replace the equipment no charge to you, (this includes all parts and labor). This warranty does not cover equipment which has been misused, tampered with, modified or damaged as a result of accident, water, grit, impact or lack of proper care as indicated in the manual of operations.

This is available for NEW items purchased within the last 30 days. Original purchase proof of dated receipt is required at time of service with Mack Warranty Service so keep your receipt!

Thank you for your interest in the Mack Extended Warranty. Our extended warranty program is designed to provide you with additional coverage for manufacturer defects. Whether it be Murphy's Law or just "luck", electrical malfunctions seem to take place the day after the Manufacturer Warranty expires. The Mack Extended Warranty offers you that peace of mind for those unexpected malfunctions and costly repairs.

When you purchase a Mack Extended Warranty, you are truly making a smart investment for your equipment. Mack extended warranties, established in 1938, has been a leading repair center in the Tri-State area for over 60 years. We currently service equipment ranging from 35mm Cameras to Digital Video Equipment, PDA's, DVD Players, Televisions, VCR's and Laptop Computers. Our repair facility is factory authorized for manufacturer warranty repairs and our technicians are factory trained to repair your equipment to manufacturer specifications. By working with Mack you are investing in a customized repair and service program for your new equipment.

What is Covered?

Your Mack Extended Warranty covers manufacturer defects that can result in the loss of operation to your equipment. The Mack Extended Warranty will cover parts and labor for the life of the Extended Warranty plan at no additional charge to you, truly making this Extended Warranty a smart investment for your equipment.

Please remember, this warranty does not cover equipment which has been misused, tampered with, modified or damaged as a result of accident, liquid, grit, impact or lack of proper care as indicated in the manual of operations. Accessories are not covered under the terms of the warranty.

FAQ

How do I register my Mack Extended Warranty?
Mail: Complete the bottom portion of the Mack Extended Warranty Registration Card and mail that with a copy of your sales invoice to the address on the registration card.

Is the Extended Warranty transferable?
Yes!!! The best way to add value to any piece of equipment is to be able to offer the new owner warranty coverage. Mack Extended Warranties may be transferred to a new owner for $15.00 transfer fee. In order to transfer the warranty, please write a letter to our Warranty Department stating you wish to transfer your warranty. Indicate the name, address and phone number of the new owner, the type of equipment w/ serial number and the Warranty number. Include a copy of the bill of sale and a check for $15.00. Transfers do not apply to any television sets.

Who performs the repair?
Our repair facility is factory authorized for manufacturer warranty repairs and our technicians are factory trained to repair your equipment to manufacturer specifications. By working with Mack you are investing in a customized repair and service program for your new equipment.

What is not covered under the Mack Extended Warranty?
The warranty does not cover products which have been misused, tampered with, modified or damaged as a result of accident, liquid, grit, impact, lack of proper care as indicated in the manual of operation by the manufacturer. Accessories are not covered unless otherwise specified in the Mack Extended Warranty plan. Accessories include, but are not limited to, external flashes, data backs (which are not built into the equipment), batteries, loss of film (or tapes), lens caps, rear caps, filters, ac adapters or other external cords. Please refer to the individual Warranty Plan you wish to purchase for complete list of coverage terms.

What happens if the product cannot be repaired?
If your equipment cannot be repaired for manufacturer defects, Mack will replace your product with the exact model. If your equipment is no longer on the market, we will replace your equipment with a similar product of current market value, at our discretion.

Please note, the Mack Extended Warranty is not an insurance policy and we are not responsible for replacing lost or stolen equipment.

Recommended Shipping Instructions
- Ship your product in a corrugated cardboard box.

- Secure your equipment in at least 2-4 inches of thick bubble wrap. Please be sure the equipment cannot move freely in the box. Do not use newspaper to secure your equipment!!!

- Mack highly recommends that you have your package insured by your carrier/postal service when you ship it. This may already be included in your shipping charge; check with your carrier.

- We also recommend you use a shipping carrier that provides package tracking such as UPS or FedEx. This will ensure that your package will arrive at its destination.

Shipping Tips
These tips will help ensure that your product is handled safely and securely as it is shipped. Please be aware that Mack is not responsible for any impact/shipping damage that occurs during the shipping process, and we will not accept any packages that appear dented or destroyed as a result of shipping. Please be sure to pack your item as safely as possible:

When does the Extended Warranty Coverage start?
Your Extended Warranty begins the day after your manufacturer warranty ends, ensuring you seamless extended coverage. To have your equipment serviced under your Extended Warranty, please be sure to include your Warranty number and copy of your dated bill of sale when you send in your equipment.

Can I get coverage if I purchase my product and Warranty from two different retailers?
Yes!! Mack Worldwide Extended Warranty must be purchased within the first 30 days of the purchase of your equipment. If you should require service under your warranty plan, you will be required to provide a dated proof of purchase for your equipment and the extended warranty plus your warranty registration number. Please be sure to retain all copies for your records.

What is a Worldwide Extended Warranty Plan?
The Mack Worldwide Extended Warranty is an extension of the Manufacturer's Warranty and provides additional coverage for future product failure resulting from manufacturer defects. The advantage of purchasing a Mack Extended Warranty is that parts and labor are covered for the life of the Extended Warranty.

What if I don't need Worldwide Coverage?
All of Mack Extended Warranties are for Worldwide coverage at no additional cost to you. This worldwide coverage is a value-added service for Extended Warranty Clients who may be transferred overseas or will be on extended holiday
